Idk about everyone else but besides all the negative stuff I stayed to myself went to school made sure my daughter had food and a place to live.I use to live in GC for some years first with my granny then on my own for about 2-3yrs for $25 then moved. It’s not a place to live forever it’s a place to build and get on your feet like I did, and burn out♀️. I wouldn’t mind going back if they make me the manager though, and kick all the bad seeds out.
How long is y’all waiting list for a 2 bedrooms? Are y’all a low income apartment? Do yall take broken lease or eviction ?

Maintenance hasn't fixed leaking window for 4years, I've sent videos and pictures to management and nothing has been done about it. Wouldn't you agree that you should live in a clean and Healthy place? Wouldn't you take care of your investment? GOD help these apartments to be safer for the children and the people living here.
