RecommendedMy experience at Home Depot can’t never find the help you need to do your project. Need the call button like Lowes home improvement. Us as women already need help boyfriends/husbands at work! I like to get what’s needed an go not stay around looking for it so I won’t be shopping there much.
I don’t like the idea of not having at least one register with an employee working. I don’t like self check out at all. And I have a lot of friends that feel the same way.

Customer service is out the window at HOME DEPOT in HOUMA on MLK. I just asked 3 different employees for help to get wood cut. Total of 37 minutes of wasted time. No one likes to waste their time. Especially if their just standing around waiting on HELP that never comes. Suggestion: Don’t offer a service if you’re not going to provide it when needed.

Having problem with cabinets that are three years old and starting to fall off the wall. They are willing to replace cabinet but want me to pay for the reinstall.
My last trip was made to Home Depot in Houma, LA today. Apparently a rude cashier didn’t feel like checking out my four items and TOLD me to use self checkout. I am not a Home Depot employee, and will not work for them for free......luckily on the way out, I encountered a very polite and professional cashier that saved the day. My business will nonetheless be done with Lowe’s from here on out.
Rented a Penske moving truck from them. They handed me the keys without doing an inspection (I was told it was already done). Upon finding my truck in the lot, I found that the rear cargo door latch wouldn't close properly. After notifying the sales associate and watching three other employees struggle to latch it, whom were all smaller than me, a woman came out with a 5 lb. sledge and beat it closed.
