What good does your “policy” on wearing masks do when your employees don’t wear them or wear them incorrectly and when you don’t require customers to wear them? Based on two days of observations. Failure in management; you have to inspect what you expect.
Home depot has some of the worst customer service and management training. I purchased a lawn tractor on a Friday, May 15th, 2020 and was given a delivery date of Monday, May 18th, 2020 between 8am and 8 pm. On Monday, the 18th, we had not received a call nor delivery by 7:15 pm. We called the store to find where our mower was and we were told that the driver had rejected the delivery and rescheduled it for Wednesday. This was not acceptable to us nor approved by us. Really disappointed in you tonight Home Depot. we made a large order of lumber and other building supplies and scheduled delivery for today. We heard nothing all day, and tried calling both the local store and the national number and sat on hold well over an hour between the calls with no one ever picking up. Went to the store to find out the order had been cancelled and delivery rejected. We were never informed. Now we are going to have to make multiple trips to get the order to where it needs to go. Every single time I call this Home Depot, no one can adequately answer my questions. I asked about the quality of a specific weed eater--which after looking at reviews, it's terrible--but the employee said it was "one of the best". Then I asked about lawn mowers and couldn't get an actual answer from the employee. This is all on top of the website that is NOT user friendly (not that it's this store's fault) and Home Depot does not carry Craftsman lawn equipment. ‼️BUYER BEWARE‼️ PLEASE SHARE THIS POST Over $8000 will get you in an Andersen Windows + Doors 100 Series Replacement Window purchased through The Home Depot (Edmond, OK) This is how they are now sent out of the factory (see Public post on my FB Profile) Every window has a channel all the way around the window instead is a picture frame look AND they notch-out every corner to unfinished surface (which is the collateral damage of shoddy workmanship)....I will NEVER buy or recommend Andersen windows again!
