I had a big job to do & 2 ladies at this Store help me achieve this job! I had no clue no man to tell me how or where to start!! Filled a "Bucket of Hope" for hurricane survivors in less than an hour!! I walked my legs off but so did they so accomplish two things, lost pounds & helped someone out there with products that will serve them well. Hats off to these ladies �� they definitely know there job!! Mind you this was a long list from one end of store to the other!! Girl power!!! lol thanks!!!
Even tho Im in another state away from home...the store setup was similar...so all my items were easy and quick to find. My favorite hardware store.
Outstanding service always have what I want and need great prices
Everyone is friendly, but I would expect that there would be knowledgeable people available in the Garden Department if I have questions. I bought 2 succulents and asked 2 people in the Garden Department what soil I needed to replant them and if needed any special plant food. They really had no clue. I had to walk all over to find someone to answer my questions. I really wish I had gotten her name because she really took the time to help me.
Horrible Service !!! Had to load wood all by myself as men that worked there just collected carts in the parking lot because it was 7:45 !!! Spend way too much money there for all that !!!! Customer Service is a ZERO !!!!
I called the night before to have my photos printed and was assured they were. I've been here for twenty minutes because the only employee working the photo section cannot find my photos.
