Went to this store to buy a large rolling tool box looked at both the models that they had asked to speak to a manager 3 times her name was Nichole. She never came so the person helping us told us that becouse there were scratches all over it and the other one we could get a discount when we asked how much she said 50 percent so we said we would take it but when we were looking for the keys saw that someone had broke one of the keys off in the lock. I had extremely bad experience with the manager at this Lem Turner location. I had waited 15 minutes to get a manager to the self check out and waited another 30 minutes for him to argue with me that I have to go home and print out my gift card and come back. I had told him multiple times that on the gift card that is on my phone stated that if the barcode doesn’t scan, they have to manually type in the code.
