Bought a washing machine from this location. The washer is useless and the protection plan is a total rip off. Can't get it fixed. Next time I'm going to lowes.
Only bad thing was when we were needing help in the electrical dept., the person that came to help wanted to tell us about Solar energy on our home and asked us if we had considered it. We told him no but we had considered it to heat our pool. We immediately got a "Oh, I don't know anything about that"... REALLY?!?! Wow!
So helpful! Dog friendly atmosphere, so they can go shopping with you. Everything you need for your home repairs including landscaping.
The lady from the the kids workshop was really nice
I really like the friendly attitude of the ladies in the kids workshop at least in this store. Because in the other one at Lumpkin and I-10 are too rude
I had a great experience! The staff was super helpful and helped me with paint, rocks and sand. I like going to Home Depot because I can take my lab!!
One person working the registers and self scan not open. Poor !
This is the only Home Depot I recommend in the city of Houston. The employees are knowledgeable and efficient. The other stores, the employees do not ever have the slightest clue of where things are, what is available, etc.
