Bought a dewalt drill and had 1 year warranty cause I use my drill all the time for work batterry went out in 6 months brought it in too repair with receipt they sent it out and now weeks later I get my charger and they say they couldn't fix it cause I didn't prove receipt to dewalt and I never delt with dewalt sounds like some shady bussiness to me. So what now wait another month when I need my drill. maybe you guys should give out rental drills.
It took a few people to help me actually find what I was looking for. I kept getting sent in different directions. When we did find it (on our own) my 11 year old and I struggled to pick up 4, 60 lb bags of sand. 3 employees stood at register 2 (which was 10 feet away) and watched us, no one offered to help, they just contitinued to talk to each other. But I could of asked as well.
Stopped into three different Home Depot stores yesterday-all in N.E. Illinois. Had the BEST customer service EVER at the Gurnee Store (Thank you Cully). Also had positive experiences at the McHenery and McChesney Park Stores. I can honestly say that I have never been treated better at any "big-box" stores than I was yesterday. I will continue to do business with corporations that value my business. Continued success to Home Depot-keep up the good work!
I wanna give a shout out to EJ and the entire team. We are always 100% satisfied with everyone there. Picked up our new John Deere tonight and they all went above and beyond. We have bee a loyal shopper here for many years and will be for many more. Thank You All. ����
