Very good as always but the nuts and bolts selection in hardware could use an improvement as far as selection.
Appalling customer service with an appliance purchase and delivery that led to having no dishwasher for a week and a half, needing to take multiple days off of work to sort things out, and lots of money spent hiring a plumber for repeat visits. No effort was made to make the situation right or compensate us for our lost time and money.
Yesterday i went to buy 3 pallets of concrete blocks and the old man who loaded the truck gave me the worst service ever. With my last pallet. Like if i was getting the materials for free??? I spent close to $1,000.00 and have this service? It's unacceptable.
Home Depot S Attleboro MA needs to hire more help. While they're at it make sure the hired help really wants to help. I wanted to order new carpet for my house. Wow what a painful experience. I ordered and went back to make some changes. No one at the desk the first day. Waited and finally left. Went another day and finally found someone in one of the aisles and asked if they were in flooring. "Yes I'll be with you in a minute" Ten minutes later I went looking for them and they were gone.
