I recently bought a washer and dryer through the So. Attleboro store. The delivery service was horrendous, worse I’ve ever had to deal with by the name of Spirit. Going through third party for deliver was horrible. I was on the phone for several hours trying to get an appropriate date for delivery. They wanted to deliver one appliance one day and the other another. Broken down trucks, damaged appliances no set date of delivery. The appliance manager was horrible. worst employees. dont know their stock. rude. went you website i was told you would have in your store. went in staff said no we don't sell that stuff with an attitude. was going to buy a carbonated water maker from your store. now i will take my bussiness to another company
Seriously the worst customer service and the worst delivery ever. Ordered our appliances November 8th. Guaranteed deliver November 28th. Never showed up never called. Re delivery December 1st. Never called never showed up.Do yourself a favor and don’t buy there.
