Shout out to the customer and employee that got my cash back from the self checkout and turned it in today, could of been an easy $50 to either one but I got it back an hour after I left and remembered I forgot it!
Dont EVER use their online order/pick up in store feature, you will get the crappiest warped wood they can find, your order will not be ready when it is supposed to and you will be treated very rudely!
If what you are seeking is not on the shelf where you can see it, and touch it, go somewhere else. If they say it can be special ordered and delivered within 4-6 weeks, RUN somewhere else!
Associates were not very helpful or friendly as in other Home Depots in the lower 48.
As a contactor I work with lumber yards constantly and this place is a joke. I ordered 2 units of a finish lumber and after a month of waiting for my order they finally told me to come in i asked that it be ready the next day at a specific time giving plenty of time to pull my order and i get there its not pulled and they even tried to give me damaged boards off the floor. So I drove 80miles pulling a trailer for absolutely nothing! I advise you to go to Lowes they are friendly and helpfull and they price match also!
