When we come to your store... 1) we shouldn’t have to try and find people in certain departments for a large length of time and then have to have them paged. 2) people in said departments should have knowledge of products. When an employee is clueless, not a good thing. So here we are with no answers. It’s a ghost town in here, no employees in sight except in garden and at registers.....
Ordered an entry door on 5/6. We were told three weeks. It has been 37 days and still no door. We were basically lied to. The TRUTH is 28 BUSINESS days(M-F) from time the order is confirmed(NOT placed). So, closer to 5.5 weeks. I could have had 3 doors delivered from Lowe's by now. Will never do business with HD again. Three orders in three weeks, all three had issues(missing items, delivered to the wrong city, and the door issue).
I usually love Home Depot and I frequent there at least once a week for work or personal stuff. This location however seems to always find the laziest, most disrespectful, and downright rude employees.
Had a kitchen sink & faucet install today..Don did a excellent job..gave us good tips how to take care of the sink..very very very happy with his work..Thank you Don
Of the 3 Kids Workshops I have attended, this was the best! Friendly and accommodating staff, tables high, and a great experience for my granddaughters.

I have gotten the run around and worst experience with purchasing delivery set up of a dryer. . Worst experience ever.
