We've always received great help when shopping at this location. Recently, a small can of paint fell from our cart when we were unloading it & spilled on the parking lot. My husband went inside to tell someone and offered to help clean up. An employee came outside, told my husband not to worry about helping, and took him inside to get a replacement can. The accident was completely our fault, but they replaced our product with no questions asked.
I used to do all my shopping at HD they gave service members a discount. But every time I go there they would tell me it had been marked down or some BS. So now I do all my shopping at Lowes they give the discount no matter what. I guess that's why there are 2 lowes in Winchester and only one home depot.
