The apartments are not perfect but they are are inexpensive and utilities are included. This is a great place if you like to be left alone. The new manager is great. I asked to have my refrigerator fixed and they replaced it the same day.
If you happen to get any rent relief, the property manager will accept the funds. Be prepared for the end. Your rent relief money will end then, you will be asked to vacate. If you don't vacate, you will be evicted! No ifs, ands, or buts. They will send their attorney and you will never see the property manager in court. The property manager is the plaintiff yet they never appear court! One starts the lowest google will let me rate because this place definitely has earned a big fat zero!

Absolute worst management I’ve ever seen!! Unethical, negligent, slum lord mentality! Shameful at best! The property has never looked worse. Management doesn’t do anything to maintain the property whatsoever. This place is a joke anymore. The property manager is nothing of the sort! She hires incompetent and random maintenance people who don’t know a thing about maintenance and nothing gets done as she herself is incompetent.
