This apartment complex is very nice, it is very nice at night as well very well light, multiple cameras around the building and very well painted and maintained. More upgrades coming soon.
We are so pleased with the Newberry Commons this place looks fabulous now and the laundry room it is awesome never have we been in a place like this before I feel like we're living in a palace gig City has done a tremendous job we are so happy we found a place we can call home they are real nice people and they help their tenants they don't hurt their tenants we love our property manager keep up the good work the Morgans
I've lived here going on two years and after Gig City took over, it's only gotten better! My wife and I really love and appreciate Dale and the work everyone does to keep improving our quality of life!
I've lived there for a year to date.management, Hannah and Chris have always went beyond there jobs to make sure issues are taken care of if I have one.apartment was nice and clean when i moved in.they are a excellect management team
