HORRIBLE COMPANY. Won’t listen to our repeated concerns over I adequate staffing, food and care for my mother and residents at the NEW Glasswater Creek in Indianapolis. I wish we had never moved my mother to this facility
Hey @GardantManagementSoultions .... any particular reason you're raising rent on two of your residents from $750 a month to $1,200...and charging back rent in that insane rent hike? 🤷♀️ Asking for a friend. Maybe you want to actually return a phone call or email message to sort it out. 🤔
If you're unhappy because you're not POA for your loved one....no problem, just take your loved one to a local attorney to change the documents to your name. Oh, your loved one is already in memory care with Alzheimer's? No problem people. It doesn't matter at all. Gull Creek will be happy to accept those ill-gotten documents....just fax them right over. I have been addressing food issues at one of your communities in Berlin, MD since June 2019. A significant decline in food quality and choices including cheap carbohydrate laden meals and packaged snacks. Numerous discussions with Gull Creek's administrator have produced a meeting with a Gordon chef, a resident group who critiques food and a lot of empty talk. Very disappointing that they do not live their mission statement at the corporate level. Those with their boots on the ground, live that mission statement daily, despite the lack of those qualities at the corporate level. They micromanage their Directors, and are not supportive during critical times, often leading to service failures. They blame their Administrators for those failures, and then try to use them as the scapegoat for their lack of organization and morals. I was a former employee gave notice left on a good note I assumed. I attempted to reach out because I needed my final paycheck stub I sent 5 emails to various people no one ever responded or acknowledged and I still never recieved my final paycheck stub I couldnt get on the website I emailed HR no response my old director no response even another HR person no one ever responded I am disappointed in the behavior displayed still do not have my final paycheck stub just needed for record keeping
