I scheduled and paid $150 for a legal consultation and unfortunately did not receive the level of service expected. The consultation did not start as scheduled, and I had to initiate the call myself. During the conversation, it was clear that my case had not been reviewed beforehand, which made it difficult to receive meaningful legal guidance.
