This is by far one of my worst experiences ever. i took my 2002 Chevy Caviler here to have the fuel pump replaced and have a new fuel filter installed. TED the owner was so rude and unprofessional not only did they severely over charge me for the work over 600$ for a job that took them about an hour i picked up my car assured everything was ready to go. the next day the car left me stranded at campus. i called and ted was like its not my problem after some back and forth he finally towed the car back to his shop once it arri... read more
Good honest guy and his son run the shop.
#1 Auto Service Shop in South Austin – Referred to me by my good friend, now I see why. Ted and his staff are good people to work with, they actually took to time to stay after hours to explain their services. They care about your satisfaction over profits and it shows by the people coming and going. Prices are fair and can easily compete with any shop in Austin. I will continue to take my SUV and mini-van for regular maintenance and repairs.
Always fair... always done right and in a quick time frame – My husband and I have been going to Garcia's for a long time. I had my car towed by K&S because it wouldn't start and as soon as they saw my car, they called me immediately and said, "oh hey Ginger, how is Carlos?" It was nice to get such a personal touch from an auto shop. They always are fair. The Garcia Gang is Awesome – Timing Belt Done. They did my scheduled maintenance on my Honda Odyssey which was my timing belt and water pump. They had my van ready the same day. The owner is a great man with a quality of workers. If you have a scheduled maintenance take your car to these guys. 2 thumbs up
Great hospitality and honest! – This place saved my cars life! My Toyota Camry kept on overheating due to a busted radiator and some other engine light problems, they found out the problem with radiator and why that annoying engine light was on, they took care of my that same day, love the fact that their family owned, very trust worthy place would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Great and kind service! – I love this place! I took my 84 Jeep into Garcia's to have a belt installed and was out in about 10 min. These guys are extremely nice and informative. Because my jeep is so old, I have had to do some tinkering with it, and garcia's has been there to help me out with it all. Thank you!
fantastic service from this shop – On the last day of my recent trip to Austin my car went out on us… luckily I found Garcia precision Auto service. I expressed to them that I needed my car immediately as we needed to be on the road the next morning. Not only did they fix our car that same day but they also leant us the shops car so that we could finish out our vacation! Thank you Garcia Auto shop….
Great Auto Shop. !!! – I took my PT Cruiser in to get my AC repaired right before summer kicks in as well as get my timing belt taken care of so I wouldnt have future problems. This guys are a wonderful family team.
