They claim a 2 year warranty on parts and labor and when I tried to get them to come out and fix a problem that they created when the new roof was put on, they avoided all of my calls and text messages. I ended up having to use another roofing company to repair their mistake. Horrible
Tornado did the roof next store to us. In the process, they destroyed part of our sprinkler system and tore up our front lawn. The shredded bits of the old roof were left all over our yard. The owner, Joe came out after I complained about the sprinkler. After refusing to take responsibility for the sprinkler, or the lawn, or the mess his guys were making, he gave in and took the sprinkler parts, saying he would buy replacements and install the next day.
