I have been a patient of Dr. Garcia for over 10 years now. Dr. Garcia is the most knowledgeable, caring and proactive physician I have ever known. He delivered both of our children and the care he took during both of my pregnancies was outstanding. His office staff has always been helpful, polite, and professional. They have gone out of the their way multiple times. If over payment occurs Lulu always let me know. Overall best physician and staff!

Excellent Doctor, outstanding bedside manner, however, the staff in the front desk is awful! it is sad that such a great doctor has such terrible staff. Lulu has no understanding of how the insurances work and relays every issue to the Office's accountant, which is nowhere to be found because according to Lulu the accountant does not have an office or a working phone number. They charge whatever they want and do not submit claims with correct code.

This was my 1st visit. My insurance is annoying & I don't pretend to understand . Many thanks to the office manager for helping me. The doctor is so kind and his staff wonderful .

I highly recommend Dr. Garcia. I have been going to him for many years and he has always been so helpful and listens to my concerns. Good bed side manners and takes his time to answer all your questions. My mother and sister go to him also. However his front desk staff are rude and not helpful at all! It's sad cause they don't represent him well at all! He is a good doctor but his staff ruins it for him.

Dr. Garcia is a wonderful and professional individual, great bedside manner, takes his time to see his patients, but yes, I agree with everyone, Lulu (the receptionist, who happens to also be his wife) is terribly unprofessional and rude. How incredibly sad that one person can tarnish the reputation of such a great physician, especially when it directly benefits her pockets.

I highly recommend Dr. Garcia. He is extremely polite and well versed. He makes you feel comfortable and has strong bed side manners. The one and only downfall is the unprofessional, uneducated, incredibly rude office manager he has manning the desk and phones. From what I've read, she seems to be everyone's issue. It's disconcerting to me that after many complaints and concerns, she is still there. I will not take away credit from the rest of the staff. They are all so helpful and happy.

Dr Garcia is great, very patient and always makes me feel comfortable. His one receptionist that sits in the back is always rude and hard to deal with. Not easy to get an appointment even when I have concerns.

I am an ICU nurse and feel strongly about the quality of physicians. Dr Garcia is an amazing physician, he is thorough and detailed in how he cares for his patients. I have been a loyal patient of his for years. Sadly I am now looking for a different physical because of his office staff. The woman that work the front desk are incredibly rude and unprofessional. This has always been an issue but I was willing to overlook it because of Dr Garcia but it is now to the point that I no longer will.

Wonderful, caring, compassionate doctor. Medical staff is great. Great ultrasound machine in the office. Cons - doesn't take all insurance. Office manager can be difficult and takes a bit to get used to. If he wasn't so nice, I would not have continued.
