Dr. Garcia is the best GN doctor he takes the time to answer any concerns.. really takes the time to make sure everything is well with health. However.. I notice that his staff can be a bit jealous or have attitude should if that's the way the staff is going to be if one is related then why work with you?? If they don’t support or like what you do then why bother I can see through those looks Dr. Garcia is just doing his job simply caring for women’s health..

Terrible experience with Dr. and staff. Front office staff is very rude. The person that answers phone extremely rude and cold. No one ever returns calls! Was charged for things I shouldn’t have been. Billing department is no where to be found, was told they don’t work in office and don’t have set hours so could never talk to anyone. At one point the head front office lady told me to “stop calling and just get over my miscarriage”. Dr. never checked on me after my surgery he performed. Dr. Garcia was an amazing doctor and made the process as painless as possible. One lady in his office staff is absolutely terrible. Each time I call and she answers the phone she has to transfer me because she simply cannot do her job. She has a terrible attitude and really does not belong there.

I agree with all the reviews that praise Dr. Garcia, he is an excellent physician and I have trusted and felt blessed to have him as a doctor. After dealing with the incompetent and rude office staff I need to find a new doctor. I have a card with an appt for 11/1/2019 @10 AM which I faxed to them. Last year they made an appointment for me and never called to confirm, told me they did not have me in the system when I called, I knew I needed to call when I had not heard from them yet. Amazing physician! Very friendly and thorough.
The best bedside manner I have experienced from a medical doctor. He is polite, empathetic, and has the right amount of small talk to form a bond without being intrusive. He takes time to make sure don't leave with doubts. Amazing!
The best OB/GYN!!! Dr Garcia is very knowledgeable, well mannered and very sensitive to his patient's needs.
