My mom has been going to this office for YEARS, almost her whole life. While we made a mistake about not informing them about her new insurance, they were quick to reprimand her for it (mind you she’s elderly) and they were incredibly condescending and rude. The people who work the insurance claims are incredibly rude and disrespectful. They also have adjusted the price of what she owes for her non-covered appointment (lowering it when they felt nice and making it higher to be mean). Worst service ever from front desk. Zero manners and 100% disrespect. Strongly recommend you to go somewhere else for glasses and frames.
