I called to get an estimate on my front tooth being rebonded. This office had done the bonding previously about 10 yrs prior. The office would not give me an estimate even within a thousand dollar range knowing they had done the bonding before and it had fallen out. When I questioned their policy I was hung up on and they had my phone number and never called back. This was done by the office manager and was completely unprofessional and unexpected.

Circa 1998 Dr Butch Garcia left a broken drill bit in my tooth as he was drilling for a root canal, -- he never told me, then he filled it with amalgam and crowned it and sent me on my way. As the novicaine wore off I could taste metal.. my nerve was and still is viable I experienced excruciating pain in the back of my neck, pounding migraine headache and jaw pain, ringing in my ears and later bouts with sores in my mouth.. ran fever for months. During a crowning, which was my very last visit here, Butch Garcia moderately etched the two neighboring teeth (on either side of the affected tooth). The consequence of the etchings: the neighboring teeth needed fillings not long after. Totally unethical dental practice (that of B. Garcia). Avoid this individual's practice at all costs, or you'll pay in more ways than one. -Former 10-year patient.
