Everyone at Garbo's is so professional and friendly. Brittany is an excellent hairdresser and always does a fantastic job! I can't say enough about the staff and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Got my upper lip waxed and the lady BURNT me right above my lip in two places. Went back to get some soothing gel and the lady at the reception (very unpleasant woman) told me I "would have to buy a bottle of Aloe anyway". I wasn't going to write a review about the lady who waxed me because I get it, people make mistakes. This review is for the lady at the reception. Stopped in for a cut and a wax. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating. Kristi did a great job at listening to what I said I wanted with my cut and Jen made my wax as pleasant as possible. We all know getting any sort of waxing done is no walk in the park. One of the things I dread getting done the most! This was one of the best experiences I've had with that. Will be coming back for sure.

Nice place but staff are very unprofessional, worst place I visit in my life. The lady that worked with me had no clue what she was doing. She needs to go back to school for more training or someone needs to take her license. Very messy and sloppy. I made a appointment for last Wednesday, I showed up and the door was locked, the staff was not there and they had not notified me that the business would be closed. I would never in my life spend not even 2 cents with that place ever! Do not go here! I repeat!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are extremely unprofessional. I have (now had) beautiful healthy thick hair which was destroyed by Dez because 1) she was unable to understand what i was asking for (even after showing her pics) 2) they dont care for the customer 3) i called to speak with the manager ... i get a phone call after a week from PENNY who hangs up on my face because i tell her Dez destroyed my hair and did an awful job (she couldnt tolerate the truth), and kept saying its "my opinion." I got my hair cut at Garbo's last week and asked for a long, angled bob and she just ended up just trimming my hair. I had been growing out my bangs for a year and a half so I could get that look, and instead of making my bangs the longest point she layered them in so my bangs are shorter and now I have to grow them out again. Every time I go to Garbo's the stylists don't listen to what I asked for, even though I bring lots of pictures.
