Have been a long time guest and a big fan of the food and service, especially Tammy. We took my parents, my dad who is 88, Purple Heart, dementia, hard of hearing, walks with a cane and moves slowly. Because of my parents ailments according to ADA and the Springfield ordinance we are exempt from dawning masks. We were immediately greeted by Nichole who we had not seen in there before and she was very confrontational and unreasonable since we were not wearing masks. Simply the best pizza in Springfield!
They are not very helpful, if an issue arises. The pizza is decent, but I will never return.

Great little pizza shop. Pam the owner and her staff were so nice and very quick!
Taste is certainly subjective but I really liked their pizza. Their service was very good.
