So we bought a 2010 Subaru a year ago from Garber Pre-owned that ended up needing work within 10 days. They would not pay for the work at the time and the bogus warranty we purchased through Garber said it was pre-existing and wouldn't cover it. Well that car broke down today 3.5 hours from home and they're saying it needs a new engine. My son has 5 years left on the loan. I don't really write reviews but after my WONDERFUL trade-in experience here, I just had to! I visited Garber Honda last Saturday, after having multiple negative experiences at a local Jeep dealership. They had the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted, except it was newer and they even added cute black accents on the door knobs, mirrors, grills, and rims! Dealing Gina was a breeze from the very beginning to when I drove away in my new Rouge. She never made me feel like I was bothering her with all my questions, test driving cars, or what specifics I wanted in a new car. Everyone at Garber made buying a new car an enjoyable experience, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
I just recently purchased a pre-owned car from this dealership after months of searching for a good deal while still getting the car I wanted. Shiv and Brandon made the process so incredibly quick and easy. We went there Saturday and by Monday night I had my new car! Shiv answered a ton of questions I had Sunday, on his day off! Brandon also explained everything in full detail and made sure I didn’t leave with any doubts or questions. These guys are awesome 👏

Bob Capitano made my experience here wonderful. Traded in my old vehicle and upgraded to a 2017 Kia Sorento. Bob was super friendly and informative. Based on the horrible job Garber Honda did on my Odyssey (see the publicly shared post on my Facebook page), I cannot in good conscience, recommend ANY service with the Garber name. They are dishonest and they don't stand behind the "work" that they do. With all of the alternatives out there, especially!
