My husband and I went here today to buy a Jeep Wrangler and also had to take our 3 kids. Every single person that we came in contact with was so amazing and helpful! We've been to our share of dealerships and seems like every other one cringes when you walk in with 3 kids. But definitely not this place. Our salesman even got a coloring book and crayons out for my kids while his coworker (who I unfortunately did not get his name) got them balloons and drew faces on them. I bought a Equinox they had just took in on a trade in that day. They told me i could leave it or bring it back before 30 day to get detailed and a couple small rock dents. I was told we will give u something to drive i said great. When i did call to get everything set up i was now being told i had to pay 26.00 to get loaner for the day " theyd give me the rental for their cost instead of 46.00" really when you buy a car its usually detailed first.. how is it that i should pay.
