The Garber company, know how to please the consumer.
Stopped in yesterday because my tires needed air. Didn't matter that it was a Jeep from Garber Jeep--the guys in the Buick service department were helpful, courteous, and quick! Plus I was able to chat it up with my favorite Buick salesman Joe Rau. Keep up the great work, Garber team!
Their customer service is awful. No one will talk to you. Actually, they down right avoid you. Seems fishy!
They sold us a faulty car. When I tried to reach them no one returned my calls. Months later called for other issues still no return calls and rude staff.
I truly appreciate the insight and patience the Garber staff had for me and all my questions! A special shutout to Matt and Cynthia. Thank you all so much for a top notch experience.
I have been buying only Buicks for 25 yrs. We own two.The quality of service is excellent. We take our cars there for all the repairs and maintenance. Rod S. in the service department is the best. Kudos to Rod.
I seen the jeep you all loaned the partnership center for the parade. 5 stars for that! Good group of folks helping out Saginaw! I would recommend you all to any just on that.
Chelsea and I just got home from picking up her new car. What a great experience. I personally had never purchased a car from Garber. My grandfather was a lifelong Garber Buick purchaser. After this experience I now know why he was back every couple years. Heather Klopf was an excellent sales person. Very easy to work with. In fact the whole staff was a pleasure to work with.
