The Garber company, know how to please the consumer.
Stopped in yesterday because my tires needed air. Didn't matter that it was a Jeep from Garber Jeep--the guys in the Buick service department were helpful, courteous, and quick! Plus I was able to chat it up with my favorite Buick salesman Joe Rau. Keep up the great work, Garber team!
Their customer service is awful. No one will talk to you. Actually, they down right avoid you. Seems fishy!
They sold us a faulty car. When I tried to reach them no one returned my calls. Months later called for other issues still no return calls and rude staff.
I truly appreciate the insight and patience the Garber staff had for me and all my questions! A special shutout to Matt and Cynthia. Thank you all so much for a top notch experience.
