It’s about the professionalism of this place! Let me say this first. The doctor himself IS NOT the problem, it’s the ladies who works for him! From the front desk lady and the nurse! They both do their job very poorly, they are VERY RUDE and they will argue with a “patient” of the physician instead of keeping things very profession on his end! THEY NEED MORE HELP IN THAT OFFICE! I’ve been with Dr G since he started in Mansfield and these days he’s good for prescriptions if in & out what you want he’s ur guy
I really can’t stand the front desk girl, Kristin Kelly, another day in my life. She’s extremely rude and doesn’t do her job well. I just sat on hold forever. Hung up, called back and she answered like nothing at all was going on. I asked why and of course she got smart-mouthed again. Per usual. She’s miserable. I’m leaving his practice because of her.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Front desk receptionist is rude and the doctor and his nurse are not conscientious about maintenance medication refills. I’m constantly having to have the pharmacy request them.
