Our engine died (due to a cam problem many wranglers are having) at under 30,000 miles. I have been in and out of the shop most of the summer (was without a car for 3 months+). I took my truck to *** Glover in ****** to get it fixed and they have had my truck going on 3 months now and I keep getting the run around when asking for updates, I went and physically looked at my truck to see what they have done and find that they spliced some wires together instead of replacing with a new harness that they charged me for. They're definitely not out of business. They're still there at the same location doing their shady business and lying to customers. Save yourself and do not bring your vehicle in there for any repairs. They will lie to your face to get you drop it off and say they have all the parts in stock. Afterwards Will lie that the parts were not the right ones or were faulty and they order new ones that seem to take days if not weeks to come in.
Horrible place to have auto serviced! Drive to another dodge place other than WM!!! Truck dropped off a week ago and still not fixed! Service advisors lazyyyyyy, husband walked in on them with feet propped up! First advisor we had said she quit due to mechanic calling her out her name due to her complaining about time frame taking to fix her auto and nothing done about it by managers! Brought vehicle for intermittent ignition issue. Diagnostic fee $250. They claimed they found problem. Charge ******* to remedy problem. Stated, auto start interference, suggest I cut $700 auto start wire, in order for things to work. They dont work. Proceed to say different part is faulty. Wants to charge additional $400 plus $400 labor. Jumped to conclusions during diagnostic test has caused this. Has had my car for 18 days. I have been in Fixed Operations for 25yrs. This dealership over charges on labor, and charges 50% over retail on parts. Horrible experience, had vehicle "repaired" and was overcharged. Vehicle had to come back less than 50 miles on tow truck 2 days later, and they tried to overcharge for another repair. Service **** would not accept responsibility for overcharged prices and would not accept responsibility for not fixing vehicle correctly the first time. Zero if I could give it. **** and experience they are not a place I would recommend buying a car at. I bought a used car from them and literally within less than 24 hours engine codes started popping up. Then the convertible top fell apart. I can't even get the car to pass e-check to register it. Their response = too bad. The car stalls out randomly on the highway, or anywhere. Say they have 2025 Pacifica available for a certain low price. Financing arrangements made, credit report ran. Mysteriously 2025 Pacificasold just hours before test drive. Salesman claims it was actually sold yesterday, but he didnt know. Dealership then tries to upsell you on the same exact 2026 model, but for a significantly higher price. Despite being sold, the 2025 model is still listed with a low price on dealership website. Bait and switch. Similar situation happened about 10 years.
