Our engine died (due to a cam problem many wranglers are having) at under 30,000 miles. I have been in and out of the shop most of the summer (was without a car for 3 months+). The top half of the engine was replaced and garavels admission with out properly connecting the fuel injection. Our car smelled like gasoline and then the engine broke again as a result. Very poor customer service. This dealership mis-diagnosed an issue causing damage to my vehicle and refused to honor their workmanship. I would avoid bringing anything here for service.

I have had a problem with the delaminating radio screen for over a month now, filed a complaint with Jeep and ******** and they admitted it was known issue. After 5 weeks of waiting and getting the incorrect parts, I dropped my car off and was given a loaner. After 7 full days my radio was finally repaired only for them to tell me that my battery had gone flat. They jumped the car and assured me the battery would be fine. Ordered a vehicle so I have to give them a down payment of $1k (Mid March). They called me and told me in order to keep my order I have to pay an additional $2K for the next day if not they will cancel my order (Beginning of May). I was told the vehicle will be ready in 6 to 8 weeks. After the second payment I was told the vehicle will be there in 4 weeks. As others have noted, there are some serious trust issues between Garavel and those who unfortunately are tricked into becoming their customers. They are the typical sneaky dealership that your friends warn you about. Consider yourself warned, dear reader.
