Joe is a nice guy, and does nice work, but he a major procrastinator. So I am not happy with how long work takes, return calls and customer service. I ordered a part for new vehicle, it has been over 3 months, and he said he ordered it, but after 3 months, 6 phone calls. I have received nothing. That is a one star.
