Very reliable service. call Garage Tec and they were able to come out the same day. Replace our garage door spring within 30min. Adjust and balance the door and lubricated all the hardware. Quick, knowledgeable, professional.

Our garage door crashing down late at night. 2 of the technician from Garage Tec was at my house by 8 and out by 8:30, replacing both door springs. Minus one star for them as they advertise 24 hour service but no one answer during that night, returned of call until the next early morning.
Promptness: He called us back right away since line was busy, Arrive on time as scheduled. There window time was reasonable. Knowledge: He very quickly diagnosed the problem and explain what was the problems clearly. Gave us some solutions up and down the cost range. Arrive as scheduled. Give us few solutions and did not try to up sell anything that we don't need. We decide replacing the entire opener. Excellent work, also explained the usage and feature very details . Love their work and service.
