Great experience with Garage Tec because of Louise. He is super knowledgeable and helpful. He not only diagnosed the problem and gave a solution, he offered different solutions to better future-proof the gate opener which had failed after only four years (installed by another company). They worked hard to offer competitive pricing and were very helpful. I’ll definitely look to work with them in the future. Thanks Louise and Garage Tec!
Scam artists. The technician quoted 800 including the new opener and labor. I repeated 800 to make sure. He said yes. After the work was done the bill said 1800. They didn’t even have a payment plan. The owner gave me a measly 10% discount for the miscommunication. So total came to 1600, double what I was quoted.
Luis was very knowledge able and I highly recommend him for any install/repair!
