RecommendedI ordered seat rails for my FD RX7 that were damaged. I contacted garage star and they sent me out new ones next day. The rails that came were in new condition and couldn’t be happier with the fit and their customer service! Would 100 percent recommend

Customer support that never returns your call. Have issues with my miata seat rails and got in contact with Ken. Sent Ken pics, and Ken was able to confirm something isn't right and will get back to me next day. A few days has gone by with no response. I try calling and emailing with no avail. A week later, still unable to get in contact.
Garage Star Ken's fantastic customer service and knowledge greatly helped me get to where I wanted to be in my search for a specific part I needed. Thank you very very much Ken!
i don't think these guys are in buisness anymore. everything is out of stock online. When you contact them through email, fb messenger, and phone call there is no response.
I’ve done business several times here. Great Miata parts and great customer service.
Worst customer service I've experienced so far. They answered emails before I ordered, but as soon as I ordered and paid, they started to ignore me. It's now been a month, and they still haven't replied or given an explanation to what happened. Total lack of communication is never a good thing, and I would never order from them again.
No response via email or through fb wanted to change the address on my order so now it’s been sent to my old address. 5 days went by since paying before goods were sent and they were marked as in stock on the website
