THEY COULD CALL IF THEY CAN'T KEEP AN APPOINTMENT. I WAITED ALL DAY. CALLED 3 TIMES AND NO RESPONSE.
Make believe, part time door company. Cant trust them and very unprofessional. They talk a great battle but in the end, they just don't deliver. Take advantage of part time residents!

Called this morning and they were at my house in an hour. Previous installer had put on springs that were too small and the track broke. They know their stuff and fixed it in an hour. Thank you!!
Found them online and called because both of my springs were broken. I read the reviews and decided to call. Doug arrived; and much to my surprise didn't try to up-sell me at all. Did the job I called him for "in record time" I may add, and just pointed out the only other thing that would need to be done is the rollers. Since the price was right, I decided to have them replaced right then. He was at my house for @ 25 minutes and had the job completely done and I now have an almost silent garage.
