I had such a wonderful experience at Garage Hair Salon. First experience here was amazing, second I’m still dealing with the mess up this salon caused my hair! I came in for a cool toned toner and left with brassy toned hair. You can see a line where my roots go from cool toned right to orange. It’s just so frustrating and I feel so unhappy with my hair everyday since. I’ve seen multiple hairdressers and spent so much money to try and fix it but have been told it’s not possible unless I grow it out or lighten my hair. I paid $720 for this service and was extremely disappointed with the result. My layered haircut was cut straight across, completely changing the shape of my hair. Even my grey hairs were not properly covered, so I had to return **two weeks later** to have them fixed — and I was charged again. The colour is also very uneven.
