The Garage Gym is the place to go to get healthy.Bob the owner and Brice my trainer were extremely helpful. As a 60 year old female I was able to lose and maintain a 50 lb weight loss and was able to go off both my blood pressure medications and my inhaler I couldn't be more thankful for all the help and encouragement.It was life-changing for me.

Update 2026 REVIEW— I needed to get strong again after having two babies back to back, so I reached out to Garage Gym and decided to give it a try with a personal trainer—Brice. It’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had just had a baby in February 2025, and Brice helped me rebuild my core, gain muscle, lift with confidence, and improve my overall stamina. Garage Gym and my coach, Brice, have been amazing. As a mid-40s woman with absolutely no prior gym experience, I felt intimidated when I wanted to work on my fitness. Brice has made the process feel comfortable, supportive, and enjoyable. Brice is both patient and challenging. The environment at Garage Gym is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Garage Gym and Brice's coaching, even to those who are just beginning their fitness journey.

Garage Gym cares. This isn't a gym you feel judged at. It's a gym where everyone wants you to succeed. The coaches (including the owner who is hands on) are knowledgeable and inspiring.

Best experience ever here! Brice was an amazing trainer and created life long changes in our son! I'd give more stars if I could and recommend everyone go check it out! The entire atmosphere was so welcoming and really makes you feel more like family than a client.
