I am so happy with the Polyaspartic 3 coat system that was applied to my garage floor in April of 2023. It was in very bad shape. Cecil the project manager and Joe Palmer helped me save my floor and make it look great. I also know that due to the Minnesota winter conditions and expansion and contraction of concrete freeze thaw cycles can create pops or cracks that turn into delamination of the coating. They helped us by answering ALL of our questions, narrow down what we needed (and didn't) and were very fair in pricing compared to other quotes we received. They worked with our timeline of a new build and were on time for garage floor install and completion. What a great experience. My first interaction was with Joe, he was informative, friendly and prompt with responses and providing me with an estimate. The second interaction was with Cecil...he was prompt, friendly and extremely thorough with his work; you could tell he wanted us to be pleased with our new floor. After the work was completed I was provided a follow up email from Joe. We look forward to being able to enjoy our new floor for years to come. We highly recommend Garage Floor Outfitters of Minnesota. Joe clearly explained the process and gave us a fair and reasonable quote. We can't say enough about Cecil too! He was prompt, friendly, and worked hard for two days. The result was a beautiful garage floor that we're very happy with.
