Great service rebuilding transmission in my E250, and very quick to address a minor issue after the fact that very likely had nothing to do with their initial work. Great all around business and highly recommend!
The service itself was great, and one of the mechanics explained my vehicle’s situation very clearly and professionally. I really appreciated his honesty and effort. However, when I called back after reaching home to ask about the approximate cost of the repairs, the person at the reception was very rude and aggressive. Since I had already paid $200 for the service, I believe I had every right to ask questions and get clarification. Unfortunately, the way I was treated was disappointing.
