Great service. Had a Waxoyl touchup. Had been done since the initial service in 2021. I was told at that time by the dealer that it’s lasts 10 years. My mechanic told me I needed it touched up so went to EV. Everything was explained clearly and they even took photos for my file of before and after under my car. Great price. Will be returning for my annual touchups.
Great price, great service, on time and on budget
I went to Garage EV to have my clutch replaced in my 2012 6 speed, Hyundai Elantra. I bought the car 2nd hand to use as a more fuel efficient, daily driver work car, over my truck. These guys are amazing! They explained everything clearly and gave me the best price of any of my quotes. The shift bushing, which is separate from the clutch, was also worn. Extremely rude customer service or lack thereof, charged but did not fix the issue: I booked and went to drop vehicle for wheel alignment. The rep at the desk lacked basic customer service skills. There as no smile and no acknowledgement as I walked in. There was no one else in the shop. But the rep kept looking at his computer screen, as he was very busy. Recommend Garage EV for major Tesla work. Very knowledgeable team. Arron is very good at scheduling and ordering necessary parts. Only complaint is sometimes it is hard to get an answer when phoning. Chad is a top level technician as well as all other staff.
