Very pleased with the new garage door opener that I purchased. Juanita was knowledgeable and made the purchase easier. Garrett called several times before arriving, was very pleasant, professional and efficient in his installation. He also provided me with additional information about the function and use of the opener.
My husband and I are pleased with the service we received today regarding our new garage door opener. The installation went smoothly. Everything was explained in detail prior to installation and after installation. We know with confidence that this opener will last for a long time with proper maintenance. This was a great team Cody and Josh.
Cody came on a late afternoon when we called for service. Very thorough and did a complete repair on the garage door that included replacing the spring bar with a double, new rollers and tune up/balancing of the door. Excellent work

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from Sears Garage Solutions. Another garage company had been to our home to 'fix' the garage door which would either not open or close on an intermittent basis. Sears technician, Jose, came and evaluated the situation thoroughly and stated that the unit needed to be replaced which required approval from our warranty company.
