I called and set up an appointment and Eric came out and on time. They email you letting you know the appointment is set up. I live out a ways and don't know how many times I have sat by the phone all day and not knowing what is going on. I would definitely recommend them. Very polite and professional. Came out first thing the morning after I called. I was shocked he had my garage door fixed in under an hour. He even checked and serviced our second garage door and opener. Great customer service!
