Installed wrong motor in new build (centre location) when there wasn’t space for it, came back to change to motor located to the side so the door would open fully, but company charged me $900 for THEIR MISTAKE to change motor, even after admitting their mistake. Now I have visible electrical conduit that looks awful, especially in beautiful new home. They also forgot to add the laser safety feature that was in my quote and the door nearly crushed the bonnet of my car. Disgusting company! No ethics or professional service her... read more
