I called Sean on Tuesday evening, and he was able to meet me the next morning to look at my debilitated garage door. After a quick inspection and verifying he had a replacement part, he said that he could have me up and running within 30 minutes and would only charge the service call fee ($100). I can’t recommend Garage Door Wizard enough. Before reaching out to him, we had two well-known companies come out to inspect our garage door system. Each one charged us for the diagnostic—$75 and $140—and after 15-20 minutes of looking at the system, both told us we needed a brand-new door system, with quotes exceeding $1,000. It felt outrageous.
