Came out to fix my garage using a promotion i thought would include it, but didn't. No problem. They only charged me for the trip. Then got approval to do the fix for the promotion price from a manger, but wasn't able to do it and almost didn't even get it back to the way it was when they got there. 2 days later, I get a bill for the service they couldn't even complete. Spent the next 4 days calling them trying to speak with someone to get a refund for the service they didn't complete and no dice. I'm putting in a BBB compla... read more
