Came out to fix my garage using a promotion i thought would include it, but didn't. No problem. They only charged me for the trip. Then got approval to do the fix for the promotion price from a manger, but wasn't able to do it and almost didn't even get it back to the way it was when they got there. 2 days later, I get a bill for the service they couldn't even complete. If you’re in the Cypress area, this is the guy to call for garage door problems. He showed up fast, knew exactly what he was doing, and had it fixed in no time. Straightforward, honest, and solid work — couldn’t ask for better service.
