Our spring broke on our garage door and Garage Door Specialist was able to come out the same day and replace it. Their customer service was fantastic and amber made it very easy to get the appointment scheduled. Adam was very kind and professional. After replacing the spring he checked out the rest of the garage door assembly and made sure everything was working correctly. He even tightened down some bolts that I did not even notice had come lose. I would definitely recommend Garage Door Specialist to anyone.
Three weeks ago a franchise garage door company came to fix my garage door, strongly urging me to buy a new one. The “fix” he said was temporary (used wired around brackets), which have since snapped. I called Garage Door Specialist this morning, he came right away. He replaced the broken brackets on both sides, fixed a crack, and greased everything so it runs smoothly. Amazing work, truly fixed the issue at a fraction of the cost. Words can’t express how thankful I am. I would whole heartedly recommend them to everyone.
Adam helped me with a broken door after a scamming company came out and overcharged me for a replacement spring I did not need. He was super knowledgeable and got everything fixed to an extremely high standard. I am beyond satisfied with the service and affordability, and would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again!
Called GDS for minor repair and they were here in 5 minutes! Diagnosed the issue, made the repair, checked door and opener for any issues, lubricated the rollers and track, Super friendly, in and out in 10 minutes. A+ Highly recommended! Thank you!
I have used this company twice now for various service calls. One word, outstanding. They communicate quickly, they complete the work timely, and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend using them for all your garage door repairs.
