Dismal customer service. Unprofessional and rude when I told him I wasn't happy with his serve. He accused me of complaining because I wanted a discount and yelled and screamed at me in the phone. Then he harassed me on yelp and Facebook when I left a negative review.

The professional who came to the house, Gustavo (Gus), was on time, kind, explained all my questions and gave me all the information I needed and did an excellent job replacing our garage door opener. He explained how much it would cost (very competitive price) and I will definitely call them again (and recommend to my neighbors) when we need them. Thank you!
