Called Louis Doors for broken pulley cable repair. Michael mentioned that repair could not be performed due to door is in need of major repair, recommended updated genie along with new hardware brackets. Estimate quote of $800.00 dollars. I called California Garage doors in Walnut 2nd estimate, Will from California Garage doors repaired my door for $120.00 . SAVINGS OF $680 DOLLARS. Very disappointed with Louis Doors as I have solely used this company to service my garage doors for over 24 years.
Excellent same day service for Spring Replacement for 30% less than everyone else! (Got 4 quotes) Replaced my single spring with a double spring so if It breaks again we can get our door open! Many thanks!
