Awful customer service. Called 2 different days and was told someone would call me back. No one called.
I called them for garage door repair. They had a tech to get in touch with me via text and ask abt the issue. I explained that i had just purchased the house and had already broke the garage door. I explained the error that I was getting, what I did to close it and how at the time one side of the garage door was in the ground and the other side was raised.
