We thought we'd need a full door replacement. Technician assessed and found only springs and rollers needed attention. Honest diagnosis, fair repair. Respected that approach.
Weather seal had torn and the door was warped slightly at the base. New seal fitted and door adjusted. Seals flush again. Drafts are gone.
The track was warped and made the door shake violently. They removed the damaged section and installed a new one. It’s now sturdy, quiet, and perfectly aligned. Great fix.
The opener remote finally works again. Everything was reprogrammed perfectly.
The same day I called….a new unit was installed.didn’t think it would be so fast.the technician did a fast fix.great service 👍🏻 the only thing is make sure they give you 2 remote openers with the initial price…..they charged me $157 🤔
