The technician caught a cracked roller during what was supposed to be just a spring replacement. Replaced it at the same time. That kind of thoroughness is appreciated.

Professional throughout from first call to final check. New door is exactly what we wanted.
Lag bolt anchoring the track to the wall had worked loose over years of vibration. Track was no longer perpendicular to the door. Bolts replaced and track repositioned. Eliminated the drag that had been present for months.
We had gotten several quotes for a new garage door installation and while this company was not the absolute cheapest option we received, the quality of the door they recommended, the thoroughness of the consultation process, and the genuine expertise they demonstrated gave us a level of confidence in their work that the cheaper alternatives simply could not match. That confidence turned out to be completely well placed and the finished installation has exceeded our expectations in every measurable way.
