My main spring broke over the weekend and we got this garage door company Door phone contact from a neighborhood blog. I called him Monday morning at 10AM. Steven this garage door company was at my house by noon. He not only replace the spring, he oiled every moving part, inspected the motor box and greased the gears, installed a top seal on the door (never installed at the initial installation). They were great. On time, actually even before we got home. They came the same day we called them and fixed out gate, which had not been put to use for over a year. We highly recommend this company.
Thanks for the great referral, the internet. Called this garage door company this morning and they were out by lunchtime repairing and servicing my garage door. John responded to the call. In addition to repairing the door, John helped me restore my keyless entry settings and program my homelink settings in my car. Thanks this garage door company, and thanks the internet. Call him on Monday morning and asked if he could look at my door as the spring had broke over the weekend. He was able to come in less than 30 minutes. When he arrived he quickly knew what had to be done. The original builder only put on one spring which is normal but I knew 2 are always better as this is not my first house. I also had a small bend in the top metal panel and needed a new metal guide. The best part I had called my friend who does this work in another state so I would know what fair pricing should be. Awesome work at a fair price. My daughter knock off a sensor and broke something inside, I called this garage door company and they came early morning the next day. Eli came in took one look and got right to work, he tuned up my door oiled up some stuff rewired some stuff and replaced some stuff :) he was fast and super friendly, totally made me feel like it was worth the price, oh yea - he also linked up my door to my car so bye bye remote :)
I called this garage door company & got an appointment scheduled for a friday morning. Like clockwork, David arrived 10-15 minutes prior to the appointed time and assessed my situation.
