Excellent One company that had good reviews, told me that he could not guarantee that he would be able to find parts. I called Brookes Bros. and he was not only very knowledgable of the style, but also reassuring that he could repair them. On the day of service, he arrived early - much better than waiting around all day for a repair. After working with our problem, he did indeed repair the door. This was in June; I waited a month to write the review to make sure the job held up and it has just as I expected it would.

Excellent I had a problem with my garage door. It was really hard to open.I called the Garage Door Doctor and talked with Vincent and he explained me what the problem could be. He came out on time and replaced the big springs.
Excellent He said they could come out the same day. He told me sometime between 11-2. They were on time and made the repairs, my springs were broken and I didn't know so I ended up breaking my opener.
Excellent The owner himself came out the same day and repaired my doors at very competitive rate. He was able to repair what another company had told me they couldn't, so I didn't have to buy a whole new door! I highly recommend them!
